Flexible Conduit:

This is made up of GI Strip wound as square interlocked type in ranges of

  • 8mm,
  • 10mm,
  • 12mm,
  • 15mm,
  • 19mm,
  • 25mm,
  • 32mm
  • 38mm etc.

To protect these conduits and the cable from getting damaged due to corrosion, an external layer of vinyl covering is provided generally in black or grey. This acts as a protector from fluids and hot materials falling and damaging the cables. It has high mechanical and flexible strength.


End Fittings Straight Gland:

All sizes of above mentioned conduits are provided with Straight end fittings for the purpose of termination of the conduits. These are provided with adaptors, nuts, inserts and locknuts so that they can be directly mounted to sheet metal bodies or directly fixed to threaded portions in the body of the machines. Threads can be BSP,Metric Pg,Bsc etc., The adaptors are made of mild steel duly zinc plated with white / yellow passivation.

End Fittings 90 Deg. Gland:

All sizes of above mentioned conduits are provided with 90 Deg. end fittings, wherever necessary, for the purpose of termination of the conduits. Threads can be BSP,Metric Pg,Bsc etc., The adaptors are made of Cast Iron duly zinc plated with white / yellow passivation.

End Fittings 45 Deg. Gland:

All sizes of above mentioned conduits are provided with 45 Deg. end fittings, wherever necessary, for the purpose of termination of the conduits. Threads can be BSP,Metric Pg,Bsc etc., The adaptors are made of Cast Iron duly zinc plated with white / yellow passivation.

End Fittings Special Gland:

Special end fittings for Multipin connectors/proximity switches Straight / 90 degree connectors which can be directly used with connectors of MIL Standards like Allied/Amphetronix are offered. Further fittings for use with Limit Switch/Solenoids/ Pressure & Proximity Switches of 12, 18& 30mm sizes are also given. 		 

End fittings for moving area applications:

We have developed special end fittings, which are known as swivel fittings. This type has the ability to rotate on an axis so that that any strain or stress which may affect the conduit due to movement is not transferred to the cables. This has a special advantage as longer life cycles are obtained even for continuous moving applications. 		  

Wire-Braided Conduit:

On our regular GI Conduit having square interlocking, we are providing a GI metal braiding on the outer portion of the conduit. This gives extra strength to the conduit & also protects bare conduit from accidental crushing due to heavy loads falling in work area.
